In the Shadow of Venus
The last transit of Venus for the 21st centure occured on June 6, 2012. In the Shadow of Venus (24') is a documentary
about one of the rarest celestial events we've ever witnessed. It was an incredible experience and a great chance to be a part
of such a cosmic performance.
Several professional astronomers from the Rozhen National Observatory and the Planetarium of Smolyan kindly joined our project to tell us more about the event. We also asked Carlos Marques, the famous Portuguese composer
to use some of his great pieces of music as a soundtrack to our film.
